Thanks to the minimized breakaway and friction forces of a steel spring compared to an air spring, the Cane Creek Helm MKII Coil steel spring fork absorbs small bumps almost effortlessly. And thanks to the new damping system, support is not compromised.

The Helm Coil MKII surpasses its predecessor in every aspect. The newly designed damper of the Helm MKII features a new compression and mid-valve circuit for increased support and control, while a new SKF seal and 2.5 weight damper oil reduce friction and provide a smoother ride.

The Helm MKII also features a variety of improvements to external adjustability, including easier-to-turn knobs and a D-LOC thru-axle.
